was wondering if anybody has horsepower and torque numbers for healthy SM 1999 engine on a engine dyno

A month or two ago Danny Steyn and Jim Drago posted torque/HP dyno graphs. If no one comes forth, do a search or latter with more time, I'll search.

You would be correct.

 

Talk to any of the SM engine builders, maybe one of them or an engine shop that wants quicker/accurate engine numbers (less in-accurate drive train losses)  would have engine dyno numbers. No matter how I say it, it doesn't sound good.

actually about 14-15%

Amazing what you can do with a dyno jet other than reading horsepower !!!
Jim, your 248 dyno have big rollers or small ones ?
