It looks like we're putting the finishing touches on it.  And it only took 10 versions this year!  Normally takes more like 15.

It includes a Majors event.  It has 3 events at Laguna Seca, 1 at Sonoma and 5 at Thunderhill.  SRF and SM Festivals are included.

All will be revealed soon... hopefully Friday!

The Major will be just that...a major correct? No regional major since you have 9 weekends?

An Invitational is basically a restricted Majors.  We can choose which groups run and it does not preclude Regional cars.  The points count towards your Runoffs qualifying but NOT towards conference championships.  SM and SRF are the two groups that will be invited as the two largest National classes.

Man, I so hope I can get more races in next year.  I'm suffering from withdrawal.

Alberto - 5 events (if you count the Majors at TH) are 2-day events next year.  We expect to see you there. :)

I was just trying to find that video of the kid on the motocross waiting for the race to start.  I feel like that. :)  Except my wait is gonna be longer. :(

I don't think I'm eligible for Majors.  I don't have a National license.  Plus I'm slow but maybe that will change once I rebuild the motor over the winter.  Turbos are legal right? ;)

Is it possible that any of the Thunderhill events could run the full new & old track?

Darin - we're optimistic but everything is subject to construction so no promises. If the track is ready, I'm pretty sure we will do it at least once.

Hopefully the help and funding goes a little better than the windmill project

Since it has been brought up, what is the procedure for a "National" license?

Very cool 2 Major events within SFR region...so much for my whole exercise on how many miles to tow to qualify  :banghead:

Our Northern friends are going to have to make decisions which events to attend...for points or fun :scratchchin:

Looks like a good chance to use the Hoosier rains this year!!

No Festival?

New licensing levels are being finalized this weekend in Topeka so hold tight on that.

As for the windmills, there were some stumbling blocks early on but they are working well now and, combined with the solar, dramatically reduce the electricity used by the track.

Festival will be at Sonoma in 2 days instead of 3 due to July 4th being Friday.

2 years to being functional is early on??    Actually good to hear these along with the new solar are functioning well. Does this mean entry and track fuel costs will be cheaper :duck:
