Going with ACT clutch set, thinking sprung center, but should I get 4 puck or 6 puck and why? Tks.

Either is fine...sprung is good! From what I've been told, shock load goes down...better for the drive train.

I also assume race Caddys have unsprung discs

Sprung was critical for Mazdacomp diffs. The sudden force put undo torque through the clutch plates. Torsens do not suffer as much.

That is true but I have been seeing a lot if transmission 3 gear failures lately, part of the reason is harsh shifting, and letting the clutch out to soon on the 4/3 downshift. Softening up the clutch would help this.
But waiting to slow down in the 4/3 downshift, would help a ton.
