I failed to mention in the video - this fuel pump was losing 2-4 psi during a long dyno pull or straightaway, causing the car to run leaner than expected.

Very nice! Thanks for the brake-down. The only data I could find on the OE pump, which appeared to be accurate, was that it is a Mitsubishi UC-T30 made in China and flows approx 125-Lph @ 43-psi. The OE lasted about 78k (10-yrs) before it started to whine, at which point I replaced it with the same unit from Mazda.

Thanks S.S. - this may confirm why my car was stalling in a turn following a long straight, like T12 at Nelson or the esses at Mid-O. A friend who had a similar problem suggested that I replace my original, born with the car, fuel pump. Issue resolved (for now).

Can I suggest on the home page there be a "helpful technical videos" or something of that nature for all of Marks videos and others that are similar? Just a page with a brief description and a link...no actual thread.
This page could also include copies of the best and most informative posts of all times...again just a cut and paste of a post or posts that cant be replied to...but just read. A page where newbies might find answers to those basic questions that get asked over and over again without having to read through all the nonsense, misinformation, political commentary, personal squabbles and the like just to find a few Gems!!
