Just plug it in. You have to change the 02 wiring up a bit, but very easy, a 10 minute deal. The CA emission front o2 sensor connector is in the front of the engine. Pull that connector out of the harness, bring it to the back of the engine by the coil and plug in your primary O2 sensor in. The secondary 02 connector is already at the coil, plug in another o2 sensor into that connector and ground it. That way you will not get a a CEL

Low emissions not CA emissions. I believe that package was sold in multiple states beyond CA.

I think it is actually CA emissions. But it was sold though out the USA.

You know that batline # for the answer to that one, if its been done you know who has tried it, or will be trying it shortly lol...

Engine management is not the same for an automatic as a manual car...
