Assuming you're running both clubs is there any advantage of SCCA or NASA license?

Not really.  Each sanction requires the proper license.  Folks will chime in about the path to getting a license being better in one or the other, but I found that having a license in one organization enabled getting a license in the other with the equivalent of a check ride.  I currently carry both so that I can work racing into my schedule.
