Looking to upgrade the winch on the trailer. Looking for something in the 8000 lb range, wired remote, 12v that will run off the aux circuit on the tow package. Want to step up from the HF units and for not too much more I can get a Warn or a Ramsey. Familiar with Warn, but the tow truck team at the short track (whose day gigs are as tow truck drivers) said Ramsey all the way. Don't look at anything else.

What are you using on your trailers?

Reminds me of the serving wenches back in my club in London. An actual line from a commercial I shot, for a Kansas City "Pub" back in the 80's. My, how times have changed.
