Did you ever wonder why those guys from Portland are so fast?  It's because they race in the rain and that makes them incredibly fast in the dry.

Our first race is March 22-23.  $395 for 95 minutes of track time including two races.  As a bonus we are offering an advanced school Saturday morning with 150 minutes of track time for $195.  There is no better way to learn our track and get ready for your trip North to the Majors this summer.

As a gentle jab to Juan Pineda and our other prune picking friends to the South I would like you to know that we will be bringing quite a large group to Thunderhill this year and they will have raced in the rain.  Need I say more?

On a serious note:  Since I was hornswaggled into being Road Race Director for Oregon I guess that makes me the ambassador to those of you from the South who are planning on coming to Portland this year.  If you have any questions or need local knowledge please e-mail me at tgarrettpdx@gmail.com.  No help with race secrets as I am selling them on Ebay.  The current item up for bid is how to pass Ken Sutherland in turn 6 with an opening bid of $125,000.

Also, for you potential Newbies that want to race with some of the coolest people on earth contact me quickly.  Our Novice racing school starts next Saturday with ground school and the following Friday and Saturday with track school.  Pass and you will be racing that afternoon with the big kids.
