Dropping a C&R in the car (1.6) and of course they didn't use the stock hose attachment.  Looks like you need a stock hose, but with the middle (straight) section about 5" longer.  Before I go hunting for a new hose, surely someone has already done this research and has a part #?  Also the long thin overflow hose needs to be longer?  Part #?  TIA!

You can try what worked for my not quite long enough top hose, just go to Home Depot and get a short section of the blk steel gas pipe

(believe it was 1" dia.) and fit in the cut section of the stock upper hose parallel to radiator with a couple of hose clamps. If you want have an

adapter welded into pipe for a temp sensor. Todd you need to get back out to Miller so i have somebody else to try and catch up to.

Dayco 71679  allows you to trim it to fit.  They can cross reference Gates etc.  This is what I use on a 99, I don't know if the 1.6 is different.  If you look at it you will be able to tell if it will work.

I did, and they don't. That would be too logical and simple. Thanks for the part numbers guys!

I also talked to Sean @ Miata Cage and he said they used Gates 21439 on their 99's. Comparing it to the other suggestions (and what the O'Reilly's had in stock; they didn't have the 22133) it seemed like the best bet. Trim a bit off each end and it fits perfectly.
