Sitting around watching races today.. so I figured I would post some pictures of our two most recent builds. Both were finished yesterday. My new white car is an 04 and Luke Bickams is a 00 car.   I wanted to see first hand how the VVT car works after seeing first hand a  few VVT cars that were very strong. The plan is to run the 04 car at the upcoming Mid Ohio race and the 00 at the Sprints. Lukes car will be run for the first time at the Sprints.

Looks great, except for the ugly intake manifold.  You should paint that up real nice, like the rest of the car!

Thanks.  I have an older SD and didn't recognize it.  Looks like they changed the design to use the factor top isolater mounts.

What seats are you running?  Looks unique around the head containment.

Kirkey full containment. I like them a lot. Reasonably priced and VERY sturdy and well built.

Whats your opinion on the Driven steering wheels? How does it compare to your standard momo, omp, sparco wheel?

 

I think I'm going to go with an NRG 2.5 QR and NRG short hub but I'm deciding on what wheel to go with.

We replaced both the Driven steering wheels with Momo wheels already.

You're running Kirkey full containment and retained the vent windows. Any concerns about egress if the door is jammed?
