Engine go boom!  Not sure the damage extent but the head gasket is blown and it's coming out of the car.  Have a great weekend.  I will try to stop by for the race.

Sorry to hear that Terrell. Hope you get her put back together so we have at least a race or two before your hunting season.

Hmm, the only thing that was going on today was a school.  I think you're sneaking some get fast(er) strategy moonlighting time on us...

Too bad about the engine. I hope it's not too bad!  Hopefully just a new head gasket!

I will be at the track on Thursday mid-morning during the Pro-Drive test day and staying thru Sunday afternoon for all of your AiM Sports data support needs! I am really looking forward to seeing lots of old friends and meeting many new ones! Going to be a great time.

Pretty warm and a decent counter breeze on the front straight.

Nice race Ken and Will. Looked very close. Not sure what happened the first lap but I hope cars weren't to badly hurt.

Watching from Race monitor sucks but it was still entertaining. Good luck tomorrow!

Just got an e-mail that said Ken won the Western Conference.  Couldn't have happened to a nicer guy!  Congratulations.

Was a GREAT weekend with no carnage or even man drama, just a waived off start to the sprint.  It was really great that we were finally allowed to bump draft at a Portland race too!!!.  Ken fought hard to take the win on the final race to take the Western Champ title --  No team orders, just a hard fought race!  it was great meeting all the out of towners too.  Clement and Steven, it was a pleasure racing with you guys.  Great job to all our regional racers who decided to do the majors.  It's a big jump from regional, but that's how you learn to get really fast...

I hope you all had a lot of fun!

Lots of talk about the future of 1.6, but that's a topic for another day.

Oh btw, I think we beat the Sonoma race for total entry count, and that's huge!!!  Parking will be better next year...  The test day organizers through us off by allowing anyone to pay for a half test day and gain entry to the paddock.  We'll try to fix that next year and we'll try to get a different date so we're not in conflict with the Sonoma Sprints!  Finally, weather is never an issue for the July race.  Once the ocean currents shift Oregon is about the best place in the world to hang out until sometime in October when they shift back.  Learned that from a Doctor in Oceanography.

Thanks for coming everyone!
