I bought a used set of seats with some other parts recently and this Cobra Imola S is one of them.

You can see in the pic that the side cloth has come loose. Has anyone had the problem?

I tried snapping it back under the lip but it won't stay. Any thoughts?

IDK, sew it?

When you say used, I hope you don't mean expired too.

Its expired but its not for SM. I'm going to use it for HPDE and AutoX for a little while.

I'll get a better picture in the morning.

There is nothing wrong with the stitching. There is a cable that runs along the outside of the seat cover and I think it may have lost tension???

Just to follow up.

I called Cobra USA and they said the spring loses tension after a few years and needs to be replaced or the wire needs to be shortened. I shortened the wire and after some effort it looks like new.
