What a great weekend out at Charlotte Motor Speedway.  I'm not typically one for posting videos of my races unless I do something really stupid that is worth watching again, but being part of a 4 wide photo finish is definitely worth a second look.  The race on Sunday came down to (brothers) Case and Joe Crowell, as well as Cliff Brown and myself.  Congratulations to Case for his win on Saturday, to Cliff on Sunday's 4-wide win and to the Crowell boys for filling out the podium.  I've never been so happy to finish 4th!  Here's how it played out...

That was cool. Makes our 0.004 second win at Road America yesterday look tame.

Crazy, that could have been ugly.  You picked up about 5mph pushing the car to the finish

Great race Saturday and Sunday. I learned a ton this weekend but probably the most Sunday, "Objects in mirror are closer than they appear" pretty much covers it. Thanks to everyone for the great racing and Dan for the great products produced at Ti-Speed Engineering.

I did not see that coming.Very nice driving and impressive effect of the bump draft.  Still one of the best builds I've seen and I sincerely hope you've taken the time to grow a Reynolds-esque mustache to match.

WOW great stuff!  On Saturday Cliff Brown set a new track record 126.203.  On Sunday the Crowell boys were fired up.  Case set the new track record on Sunday with a 125.813.    Great racing at this unforgiving track.

Thanks for posting this, great finish!  I heard the start was pretty exciting as well, if you (or anyone) have other vids and links I'd love to see them so I can watch myself getting passed! :wave2:

So the officials decided not to disqualify anyone?  I was at the media center after the race and there was a lot of talk about those that blew past turn 1 after the finish.

I honestly didn't sleep last night after that race! Ditto to Case on the schooling. This is why we came to SM. Looking forward to meeting and racing with the rest of the hot shoes on the east coast and hopefully beyond. Big thanks to Dan for that Ti-Speed! As Danny mentioned elsewhere, Daytona runoffs should be a spectacle to say the least.

Wow, that was as tight from left to right as it was from front to back. Talent, balls or brains?  That took all of the above.

That was a fun race to watch live, yet the in-car makes it even more spectacular! Congrats to all. I had fun coaching Topher and watching him progress throughout the weekend. Enjoyed hanging out with the OPM crowd as well.

The Other Todd: I think Labounty and I hold the SM closest finish world record at the (2008?) ARRC with a .001 photo finish. Took them about 20 minutes to declare the winner.
