Good list for a non-crash break down! Had only 2 of these our last track day and we died 2nd session. Had fuel pressure(Thanks Al!) so I changed the coil pack...BINGO!!! Man were we lucky! The guy next to us lost his alternator belt...so that's on our list also!
But in the one season we've done it seems there are always a handful of guys with a lot of stuff...hopefully they're your friends!(as DS mentioned above)

Make friends with the local pro shop that attends your races. At local races I carry everything including the kitchen sink, gas pedals, transmissions, rear ends, windows, at least 2 sets of suspension parts, 6+ wheel bearings, clutches, radiators etc etc etc.
If I where to put a minimal list together:
Brake pads, can be used but with at least 50% life
Brake Rotors
front wheel bearing
Assorted sensors
Alternator and belt
plugs/wires/coilpack
assorted fluids
check book, to buy parts/labor from the local big team.
Or you can just do what I do, steal parts off of one of Fowlers wrecked cars!!!!!!!!!!!
