I am guessing this is electrolysis but whenever i remove my radiator cap there is pressure in the system.  I have never this before on my other miata.

It is a koyo 55 running either straight water, or water and a little water wetter.   My car does not run hot even in 100 days.

Do i get one of those caps with the sacrificial metal?  I always worry it going bounce up and down dent the tops of the cooling tubes.

Or I could do nothing.

What temp does your engine run?

I have a 1.6, 55 Koyo, water/water wetter and the temp didn't get above 185* when ambiant temp at 90*. I installed a Stant 180* (per Sual's post recomendation to others folks), but have not ran to date. Would need to look at notes on what theromstat I was in. Looking to get 195*/205* normal without blocking radiator.

That noticed that once upon a time on the FD.  Went away after a series of cooling system flushes (~6 back to back).  YMMV.
