The part number for the bushings is not part of the final rule. That rule says:
MOTION: Approve add to #15634 – 9.1.7.C.3.p: Inner bushing(s) on the front upper control arms may be replaced with offset bushings. Hanushek/Butler. PASSED 11-2 Against Langlotz, Lindstrand.
Mazda does not offer an offset bushing for the front upper control arm, so the part number reference was removed. Any offset bushing may be used in the front upper control arm.
Wow, need to come up with a spherical bearing insert asap

$66.66 for the set
My guess/hope is SMAC just over looked it in error. Nevertheless, this will be the spec part number in the 2015 NASA SM Rules.
can someone post a high res photo of a plunge cut with a 1.5mm deburr ?

A couple of things:
The Mazda bushing is not in stock. Those SCCA members racing next month cannot get the Mazda bushings. A spherical bearing is not a bushing and would not be compliant. Who really cares what material is used for these bushings? You can make them out of unobtanium and they would have no measurable difference in performance over the Mazda bushings. So, build some bushings, buy some bushings, just don't show up next summer with non-compliant bent spindles.

2 it says "Busing kit, Frt Inner"
3 there's been some debate on weather you want upper or lower and what this kit is.
The news release today was posted in between Fastracks, with people I heard were on vacation to get us a answer on the rules.
It's approved but there's some work in process in getting us the parts, IMO.
J~
I have a call scheduled with some folks in the know at Mazda tomorrow. I'll have more info then, hopefully.
Topeka letter dated 12/18/2014
Additionally, recommended changes to the front suspension were approved. Rule 9.1.7.C.3.p now reads “Inner bushing(s) on the front upper control arms may be replaced with the Mazdaspeed offset bushing.â€
The rule will read that ANY offset upper bushing is allowed.
We ordered 4 sets Monday - will be installing soon for Homestead.
Full disclosure: SMAC chairman, my opinions do not reflect anything to do with the SMAC unless specifically stated.

With Johns update, I got in line to get a set for 2015 with NASA. So now that I bought a part that I have no idea how it works...what do I do with it? I think I know where it goes and I know what it is suppose to do but a "how-to" would be cool.
Time for a new thread?

Whose playing games, I copied both statements from the letter that Race Engineering posted to start this thread.
EDIT:
And on 12/18/2014 from the Topeka letter I copied and saved the following.

This is the process for installing bushins in the front upper control arm. Don't know if these ISC Rcaing bushings are legal.
