I have a 93 SSM
has anyone got a "nut and bolt" check list they can share?
my current method of doing everything I can see is probably not the best method!

Following are the nuts and bolts that I checked and re-torqued:
- Subframe nuts and bolts
- Suspension arm bolts (to chassis and to spindle)
- Lower shock bolts
- Caliper bolts
- Motor Mounts to front subframe
- Motor mounts to block
- Header nuts (since I had that off recently)

everything alberto does plus:

Sway bars
sway bar mounts
shock tower, hat mounts
all ecentrics

oil pan nuts get loose at the 7000 rpm buzz,

and the two bolts that hold in the 4 ignition coils on the back of the engine , I lost 1 of one those.

The alternator pulley bolt, a must to keep belt tight.

I also periodically check the PPF bolts.

This list can go on-on, the head is supposed to be retorqued also, who does that, unless your engine is apart.

I think you go over everything possible at the start of the season and then majors before each race, several guys ahve been having issues with the caliper bolts. Which I also check before each weekend, as I do with all the brake hardware/ bolts.

I think I have a good 1-1.5 hr of just going over the car.
