So, I am trying to remove my upper control arms to install the offets, I just want to remove the upper control arm and put it back once I install the new bushings. Ive actually never removed my control arms completely. How do I do this. Step by step instruction with do's and don'ts would be greatly appreciated.

Car on 4 stands under rocker seam weld.
Remove front wheels
Replace one wheel nut to hold brake drum in place
Remove plastic pan radiator to front sub frame
Remove bolt holding sway bar to lower control arm, both sides
Remove lower shock bolt
Remove shock hat nuts under hood
Use something to hold relative position of brake rotor to lower control arm, don't let brake rotor flop around, will damage brake hose.
Remove long bolt/holds upper control arm in place at sub-frame-use box wrenches
Use something to gain leverage to force lower control arm down and wiggle shock out, if you have spring perch you may need to loosen/change height/screw around as needed.
With long bolt and shock removed rotate upper control arm 180* so the two bushing end of control arm is out over the brake rotor.
Use a threaded rod, nuts and flat washers to press one bushing out against the opposite housing for the other bushing. Double up a couple nuts so you can keep the threaded rod from turning when your turning a separate nut to push the bushing out. If you have a 3 jaw puller, that would also get the bushings out.
I am using the rubber White Line bushing rather than the ISC hard bushings. Seems like will be easier to align than hard bushings.
