I ordered a stainless brake line kit from Mazdaspeed (0000-03-5211, Goodridge 25001).

The rear brake lines don't have banjo fittings...instead they have a 90 degree elbow with a threaded fitting.

Did I end up with the wrong kit? Am I missing something obvious?

Pix of the existing line and new lines below:

Thanks!

My 97 also has banjo fittings if it helps...

You clearly received or ordered the wrong parts!

I had a set like that once but it came with little adapter blocks that the banjo bolt went through and had a -3AN that the 90deg end went to.

Yes, those are the fittings that were in the kit I had.

I stand corrected!

I had a real look at mine (my original post was out of memory) and they are what you received, with the addition of the banjo fitting posted by Derrick....

Ahh, interesting. There are fittings in a bag that I missed. I'll bet the banjo fittings are in them...

Out to the garage to check now!

Yup, the fittings were in the bag at the bottom of the box. Wish there had been instructions!

Now I know! Thanks for the help!
