The OEM stock shock dust boots do not fit under the new Spec Miata Eibach springs.

Do you guys put smaller aftermarket dust boots on the shocks (which I have not been able to find yet), or just leave them off?

Thanks,

Jim

Have never viewed a SM with dust boots.

Up top in the Blogs/gallery people have posts pictures of there build.

Jim's here is super nice, ground up. You don't have to do it that way, but people do.
There's a pic of the shock at the bottom.

Yeahhh....my car doesn't look quite that nice. But, no dust boots!

I am curious about one thing though. I researched it and I thought rules today required cars to have a center net, with or without a halo seat..

I see no provision for a center net hookup in Jim's car.

Am I wrong about the center net?

Thanks,

Jim

NASA requires a center net or a head/shoulder support (like a halo seat).

SCCA has no such requirement.
