If I don't want to buy the tires for SM, what are my other class options with a 1.6 Miata?

We run two cars, so that's at least 8 wheels tied up with toyos not including spares, and no chance to get an initial heat cycle then let them rest. I have SM7s ready to go. It also means no rain tires, or another 8 wheels plus spares, or a bad compromise of deeper tread to use wet or dry and be not great for either. I've got plenty of old wheels for the dries but then I need more room to store them. It's just a big pain and no small expense.
Only if we could get these two groups on the same tire. It is expensive and its work. every time i load the trailer i have to pull out the Hoosiers and replace with Toyo as i do a fair amount of both. Its a PITA. i would like just to leave the rains in the trailer but i am always having to swap.
Plus, if you do go back and forth between the two tires. its a few sessions till you get your head right as the Hoosier is so different from the Toyo.

Race sm and let yourself be dqd...
Not that simple in the SCCA CenDiv. Per written CenDiv rule you may be DQ'ed, loose your license and not be allowed on track for a time period.

If you bothered to read, the question and topic was not about running in the SCCA CenDiv

DUH, really, thanks. I read titles quite well.
The clarification "SCCA CenDiv" was intentional to segregate from NASA.
Steve and Tom (welcome back after your off time) also race often in the CenDiv, therefore it may be useful info for their decision.

Understood, didn't know you were running 2 cars worth of wheels. We have over 40 wheels and 4 cars. Its a nightmare trying to shoe all those horses for 2 different series.
Sounds like a topic for our GL NASA rep. Williams are you listening?
