I use Yahoo but YMMV.
 
Search for what you want. In Yahoo on the left they have Images of what you just looked for, click images.
click on what you want.
click "view image" on the right.
Copy the link.
Example
https://images.searc...pg&action=click 
 
In your profile, clicl change on your profile pic frame.
paste the link in "Import a photo from a URL" box
click import.
Adjust the crop if you want.
