What attaches to these two screw holes? The holes are in the back of the intake manifold, right underneath where that 1/2 inch hard line attaches (the hard line that runs horizontally across the back of the engine; one end screws into the back of the exhaust manifold, the other end attaches to the back of the intake manifold).

I tried attaching a picture, but the picture file size is too big.

I'm assembling all the pieces onto my new engine. Everything is accounted for except these two screw holes.

Thanks,

Jim

Just looked at my '99 daily driver... nothing on those screw holes you describe.

Thanks so much for checking!!!

Just to make sure I'm understanding you correctly.

You found those two screw holes and there was nothing attached to them??

Yep... just below the hard line.  The ones I'm looking at are not on the same plane... one is raised slightly.  Does that sound like what you're looking at?

Yep, that' them exactly.

Great, problem solved!

Thanks again,

Jim
