how will1.6 cars and NA cars do at runoffs, will they be able to run up front or is that why there are only a couple of the NA cars signed up. also it looks like there are only 62 cars registered is that a little low?

Are they great cars and great drivers? (I am asking only because I have not looked at the entry list).
They might be disadvantaged somewhat due to the headlamp rule, don't really know how much that will impact their aero, might totally negate their higher RPM limit.
Also, statistically, 2 out of 62 is not good odds to have a good showing. The draft could make the race very interesting though for everyone.

Well, 5 out of 62 is still not too good odds wise....
I wouldn't place a Vegas bet that one will finish in the top 10 unless a hotshoe is piloting one.

There is a Zero point Zero (0.0) chance of a 1.6L finishing on the podium, even though it's such a big over dog at the top end.......

i just cant see the 1.6s staying cool in the draft and then all the NAs will have to run with their head lights up which i think is very unfair especially with the high speeds at Daytona.

Does the chance stay the same or increase from 0.0 if these same drivers move to a 99 or an 01?

I'd put money on Walter not going any faster in a 99+ even after a season of practice.
I take that back, if he can stay in the draft then ok.

Daytona is a 1.6 track, just like Laguna Seca.
Sarcasm I assume ???
