Welcome to the first NorCal Chili Cookoff.

Register as an individual, team or series.

3 categories:
Beans Only
Meat Only
Beans and Meat Combo

All proceeds to go to NASA Car Control.

Trophies for each class, and Best of Show to include bragging rights for the entire year.

Rules:
1. One entry per class. You may have entries in more than one class.
2. Must be delivered to BBQ area no later than 3 pm. 9/26/2015
3. You will be assigned a number for your chili.
4. Deliver in a container that will allow it to kept warm. Crock pot, chafing dish, Sterno powered system.
5. Must make a minimum of 1 gallon. (you are more than welcome, and encouraged to make more and share)
