You race a Mazda and have a mazdaspeed account? Support the brand and buy from Mazda. Otherwise flip a coin and buy from your local or favorite parts supplier! I doubt any are made in the US!

I'm still having the best luck with junkyard hubs bought off Craigslist, ebay, etc.  I explored lots of part store hubs out of necessity last year.  They averaged 1-2 weekends with some bad out of the box.  Jim's hubs lasted a full season before one started getting play which was very good by comparison to white-box parts.  I haven't tried Dave's or the Mazda Comp ones.  After switching back to old grungy looking hubs with new grease, neither of my cars had a single hub issue after a pretty full season and I was NOT gentle with them.

thank you Alberto for the useful information.  Keith Novak, I like the scientific approach that you take.  If  you want to know where you are starting, I would go to Mazdamotorsports.  Although 5x racing has a cool deal.  If you buy their rebuilt hubs, they will repack them for (about) $50.  Personally, I bought two hubs from Dave and put them on my son's car.  I bought 1 set from Jim and put them on my daughter's car, and I bought 1 set from 5x and put on my car.  After a couple of seasons, I may have some data for you all...
