Hola - I just got my new fire suit. Heading to SCCA comp school in two weeks. New to everything. I read the SCCA rule book and saw that the only mandatory patch is an SCCA patch on the right chest.

Where do people typically embroider their name? Font size? What other non-sponsor related patches do you have on your suit?

When in Rome... :)

Thanks!

Make sure someone who knows how to sew/embroider a firesuit does it.

Lee,
Put on the SCCA patch and leave any other patches and name embroidery until later. Check out the other drivers and see what they have done. Then, find a design you like and go with that. I think I had raced for about 10 years before I had my name put on the fire suit. Of course, it is required on your helmet, along with some other information.
