When doing my last corner balance I noticed the swaybars (F&R) take a lot of force to move them in the bushings. This was with both ends disconnected from the endlinks. This is recent build and the bushings were well lubricated with the supplied grease. What are you guys doing to ensure a reasonable freedom in movement?

Do you have spacers/washers under each bracket so they don't compress the bushing?

What he said.  Usually a thin washer between the bracket and the sway bar mount on one or both bolts does the trick.

9.1.7.3.c.d was intended to solve this problem:

Metal shims of up to 1/8” total thickness may be added between each anti-roll bar mount shackle and its stock mounting point on the chassis.

I don't think the lube lasts long in those bushings and they attract dirt quickly in my experience.
