I posted some pics of my Delrin bushing install at:

I used sandpaper wrapped around a deep socket to size them.  It was slow going, but it was free with no play.  You also need to be mindful of the long bolt fitting.  The first one I did, the bolt didn't quite line up.  I was able to work the outside of the bushing to get the bolt to fit without binding.  When is was all done I had no fingerprints and a blister on my thumb.
