How do you guys plumb your brake pressure sensor? I want to start data logging that and instead of reinventing Id rather emulate the cool workmanship I see you guys coming up with.

I use the Iron Canyon piece listed above for all 1990-2000 cars. For 2001, Mazda changed the master cylinder. It no longer uses the banjo bolt. I have not figured out an elegant method for the newer cars.

On the 2001 and up I drill and tap a 1/8 NPT hole in the tip/end of the master cylinder. I drill it on an angle so it will not trap air in the sensor.
