Hi, I'm new here, just starting out and was wondering what pit bikes you had and why. :)

Bicycle, motorcycle, golf cart, gas, lunch, run up to call 5 or walk

TIA,

J~

I have a Korean scooter. But that's not important. What is important is that it is registered and licensed. Some tracks do not permit off-highway vehicles outside the paddock.

Monster Moto 80CC Mini Bike

Only cost me $399 brand new shipped to my door from Amazon. Has been bulletproof so far.

I am 5"11 170lbs and it chugs me around perfectly in the paddock. It is small enough to fit in my suburban, but extremely comfortable to sit on and you don't feel like you are cramped.

It has 2hp to the wheel, so cross your fingers you don't encounter any hills or you'll be flinstone-ing before you know it lol. That being said, on flat ground it tops out at 27mph!

Johnny (or any other Norcal folks) you are welcome to try it out if you see me at the track :)

Darren Seltzer, a Bspec racer, cut the top off of a smart car and uses it as a golf kart.  Sounds expensive but looks pretty cool!

I looked last night. Mine is a Roketa 150cc. Found online for $749.  It goes faster than I want to go on a scooter

I bought a $200 110cc 4 speed CHonda pit bike that nobody would ride except me, so then I bought a $350 Venta scooter with electric start and no clutch that nobody but me rides...

I get it, your stirring the pot. BUT, if you respond within the week, your welcome to drive my 1.6 at the mid Oct. SCCA race at the Farm. I've been told Voytek will be doing the race. If Jayson can qualify at the Runoffs within the 1 second crowd and Jesse just outside the 1 second crowd, just maybe the 1.6 is ok for we who own them.
