I worked on eliminating blind spots during my build back in 2010. Old thread on old site here
I basically wound up with a Joe's Racing 3" spot mirror on the driver side down tube. I can't remember if I got it from Advanced Autosports or somewhere but Dave appears to have the clamp on 3" mirror here. I tried a similar Longacre spot mirror but was unable to make it work since the mirror didn't rotate sufficiently. The Joe's was perfect. Love this thing
Here it is mounted in my car. This fixes the driver side blind spot for me.

I replaced the stock rear view mirror with the Allview mirror. I love this thing too. I mounted it off center toward the passenger side and found that I could actually see cars in the passenger side blind spot. Love this thing also.
I think I got it from Dave at Advanced. Looks like this Fivestar is similar to the Allview...

I had tried one of those 5 panel mirrors and they confused the fudge out of me. The first time I used it, I looked up and saw 5 of the same car behind me but it wasn't obvious where exactly the car was. Freaked me out.
I also tried one of the convex mirrors from Longacre and didn't like it. Because it distorted the image, I found it difficult to quickly visualize where exactly the car behind me was.
Per the rules, I also re-located the stock side view mirrors 6" forward on both sides. I loved this mod as well. With the big halo in my old Sparco Pro ADV seat, moving the mirrors forward 6" made it far far easier to see out of them. It was particularly helpful moving the passenger side mirror as it required less eye/head movement to see out of allowing me to return focus to what was happening in front of me.
Hope that helps.
