I'm wondering where you 6'+ tall guys bolt your lap belts to the car - especially when using one of the Floor Drop Panels.

Page 13 of the Schroth installation instructions says that the lap belt should be mounted at 60 degrees +/- 10 degrees.  However, it seems like when you use the drop panel and get the seat far back, the stock seat belt lap belt attachment points would place the lap belt at less than 60*

I'm 6'2 and have the floor drop, my belts are eye bolts in the oem outer location and a reinforced panel opposite side, never looked to hard at the 60° angle rule.. They gotta be damn close enough though so I'm not worried.

That answer sounds like it came from a Dr. at the VA.

Oh $hit, Simpson must be wrong with their install instructions. 45* TO 65*.

Side note, take a look at the NecksGen Rev and then take a look at the latest H&N restraint by Schroth. Oh ya, who copied who and Schroth is also in bed with HANS. Simpson is also in bed with HANS. IIRC Simpson is the HANS North American distributor and Schroth has the remainder of the world.
