How tight should it be? I need to order a shirt (will be ordering the FAST branded one), just the regular white t-shirt type. 5' 6", 145#, medium build - typically, I wear a large in a cotton t-shirt. Should it be skin tight? (In which case, I need a medium). Do they shrink? I called FAST and they said "they don't shrink, they are preshrunk." Yea, never bought a pre-shrunk shirt that didn't shrink some more.

Yes, the do lie, T shirt wise I buy XL and my fast shirt is (or was) a 2XL and after two cold water washes it's a bit tighter than a XL.
