Autosport Labs has announced new versions of their data acquisition system. Is anyone considering it? Or considering any of the IzzyRacing sensors? This is a picture of video of two of the sensors:

I haven't done anything with RaceCapture. To me, their lack of math channels in analysis and a few other issues make it a non starter. 

 

I haven't use the Izze sensors, but have used Texense sensors a lot. I have one of the Izze CAN Tire Temp sensors to test. There is a lot to learn with IR tire temps and brake temps if someone wants to use them. As to the video posted, it's not really something that someone would make. They exported the IR data from MoTeC i2, then created the graphs in Matlab, then put them on the video in Final Cut. It took many hours to make that clip.
