The Classifieds are still under development while I work to emulate http://classifieds.specmiata.com in form and function. Until then all registered members can post Ads at no cost. So if you have something lying around you would like to sell, trade or give away please post it in the Mazda Spec Miata Racers Classifieds!

Note: I have removed the requirement for Admin approval.

Ok, I dumped the original classifieds and have added a different version. The first one had some issues that when resolved will be great but until then my hands were tied.

The new one has some limitations I will have to resolve but I like the overall presentation better and that's all that counts. Classifieds are an important part of the entire package and I'll keep working at it, thank you for your patience.

I was able to create a classified ad without any trouble, but can't seem to figure out how to edit it.

I was able to create a classified ad without any trouble, but can't seem to figure out how to edit it.

The welcome message appears on my Macs both at home and work under Firefox but not on the Windows machines at work. A work around is to scroll down on the right side until you see "recent classifieds", click on any of the ads and that wiil get you to the classifieds where you can use the navigation on the left hand side to get to the classifieds main page.

Reload the main page. The message and old logo went away last night.

It would be nice if the classifieds included a mandatory location for the item being sold. I’ve seen this done on other forums. Everyone always forgets to include it and it’s the first question people ask…. Where are you!?!

Is there a way to edit an existing ad? I can't seem to find an "Edit" button....


If i remember right you have to open the ad by going to your classified adds on the left side. then open the ad and the edit button is on top of the ad. Every ad I have put up always tells me that it is to late to edit. Not sure why that is? It's not a big deal to me as the ad is free so I have no gripe! I figure all those little things will eventually get fixed over time, this site will only get better and better and better, heck I am almost used to it already!
