Attached is a video I shot and edited yesterday. I'd just heard about this crazy event. They allow anyone to prepare and race a car on the track as long as the total value of the car is less than $500 (excluding safety equipment). About 150 cars started this race. Also, people must decorate their cars, and prizes are awarded based on how wild the car and costumes are. It’s a cross between auto racing and Halloween. Only in America...
