Well, Jordan is the homeowner and I am the bum.  This may be a good excuse to get back on the sim as lately it has seen very light use.  You may want to keep me sober, 10PM on weeknights is way past my bedtime.  Besides, usually I get a little bit faster when I'm loosened up....

Well, you are central time correct? So it would be 9pm for you. Us east coast guys have to stay up late so all the left coasters can get off from work in time to get on.

Gents, any idea when the Daytona practice races are going to be this week? Just got the rig and computer set up again and looking forward to having some fun.

Hey everyone!

Preston Pardus is going to be hosting a session tonight at Indy in the Global Cup Cars.

We are starting the session at 9pm EST so look for his name in the hosted sessions.

Session opens at 9pm EST to practice as much as you want.
Qualifying starts at 9:50
25 min race will start at 10:00 pm

The session will ask you for a password. The password will be:

Alright, so we learned a few things tonight. 

 

1.) It was a spur of the moment thing so we got like 10 people, but it could be a lot more so I'm gonna put together something with preston tonight and post about it tomorrow for next Wednesday night!

2.) a 25 minute race is too long. Needs to be shortened to two 15 min or a 15 and a 20

3.) definitely need fixed setup race with cool conditions. Hille told me about this and we did the opposite and there was a huge difference between setup changes.

 

 

Road America is a VERY fun track on iracing with the MX5 cup cars so we are thinking about that track next Wednesday night. 

 

Oh and Preston Pardus beat Matt Reynolds by 0.06 seconds at the line!
