I think the bold names will be the top 15 if nothing happens to any of them. But, I am sure we will have some others like Amy Mills, Spencer Patterson, and Richard Astacio making their way into that group as well. Should be a good battle as always. Our Autotechnik gang wont be well represented at the front, just Charbonneau (who is registered in a Mustang and is sponsored by "Atila the Hun") I think Warren and Dillon Dexter are supposed to be racing as well with AT, and Warren did well last year, so he will be in the mix.
Oh, and of course I included Tracy Fowler in the top 15

Unless you're Cuban and your name is Alex Bolanos or Selin Rollan Jr, you will need a dedicated partner in order to qualify and finish well.
My pick for the top finishers in no particular order include:
Blake Clements/Chris Haldeman: These two will work together and both are very fast. Chris is especially driving very well lately, and they will be a dangerous combo.
Preston Pardus/Todd Buras: Imo, the next (or most equal) combo. Both fast cars, fast local drivers, and have been hooked up all year long.
Danny Steyn/Michael Carter: Danny coming back from a tough year in a new car built by OPM, but can't ever count him or the young buck Michael Carter out.
Dark Horse:
Mark Gibbons/Warren Dexter: The biggest Autotechnik showing are these two guys (besides charbs, but he does his own thing on track lol). If Warren Dexter doesn't show, I think Alex Acosta will be the next best pick for the Mayor Gibbons to work with. Both local guys with fast cars and both driving very well lately. Gibbons put it on outside pole two years ago I believe!
Hopefully somebody puts up a live feed so we can watch! Good luck to all and see y'all in Sebring

I am pretty sure Selin is not going. Saving money and trying to sell the car to go be a pro. Too cool for us regional Larrys now

Don't know if this has been posted but here's a good outdoor warmup you can do to get the body and mind back into top shape before the event. Especially helpful after the lazy and over indulgent holiday bloat. Under 2 minutes.

I need a drafting partner. I'm guessing Nick will want to run with someone a little faster than me...
You all are still slackin'. Surprised no Texas smack talk as they come back to Florida to try and kick our ass like they did in the NASA Champs!

No smack talk here, but I suspect that we will see new lap records in several classes with the cold weather snap that is on its way to Homestead.

Michael Carter set the record last year and it wasn't that cold during the race: 1:38.313. Jimmy was so close with a 1:38.315, but was edged by the youngster . 10 out of the top 11 in that Sunday morning race ran a 1:38.xx. If it continues to be this cold, I suspect the record falling again too

No Sebring for you?
Unfortunately not - will be brushing up my ice-driving skills and it was the only window I could get. Really bummed to miss the Sebring Majors as I really love that track, even after the shunt at NASA. Sebring offers some of the best racing in our season.
