For those who have used/mounted a footcam, where have you placed it?  Which mounts did you use?Does it get enough light to give you a good image?

When I was starting out, I rented from Flatout.  Their cars have foot well cams.  You may want to ask Nick Leverone about the particulars.

I have used one of the Mobius HD cameras from Amazon (same camera Traqmate sold). I attached to the plastic steering column (camera was upside down) with some heavy duty Velcro from Home Depot Racing. No problem with sufficient light and the Mobius cameras weigh so little that they aren’t going anywhere.
