Building a car for time attack and getting rid of all the emissions control devices. Running some new line for fuel tank ventilation and i don't see a tipover valve mounted on the tank like the NA seems to have. Does anyone know if there is an internal tipover valve inside the tank of NB's (NB2 specifically)?
NB fuel tank - tipover valve inside?

I replaced mine in my 1999, I can't imagine there would not be one in a NB2. It was a small cap like structure away from the main fuel lines, to the passenger side on top of the tank. Difficult to see if I recall correctly with the tank in the car. I replaced my tank and it was easy to see in that instance. I would keep looking if the tank is in the car, I just don't think you have found it yet. Or go on the mazdamotorsports site, pull up the schematic for the Emissions/fuel
Good luck
