no fire suppression system needed..  just the same as SM.  You can have one... or you can just have the hand held.  You don't need a log book.. but.. you will have to get a full annual.  I took a second car to Road Atlanta.. no log book..  No problem.  You do have to have a full comp license..  BUT... not a single person has ever asked to see mine..  Never seen any sort of TECH done either... so...  drag out your fully juiced up NA..  Never even seen a requirement to pass the scale..  Only a few cars out there that I have seen run in a Majors event here and there..  Kind of a rule... follow the GCR... but...  not like anyone is checking..  It is a good value...   And good times.   I run it for the seat time..

Also, last year a free test day was included..  this year no..  it's half price.  At Road Atlanta I did a half test day;... half price... half price.  so.. 150 bucks for the afternoon.  Pretty good value again.

Mazda does give you credit back if you send in the paperwork

I got a reply from Rick Parent of SVRA stating that each car will get a tech inspection at the track and that a current annual inspection from SCCA or NASA is not required.
