After being around Chuck Mactatus in the rain yesterday at Daytona, we would all be amiss not to have him in our rain and dry picks. Dude can wheel a car and is a real quick learner!!!!! Trust me on this!

That's where I first noticed how good he was.. In the rain at VIR , I had no idea who he was, figured another back marker as I didn't recognize the car. I tried to go around him quickly in one the wet sessions only to watch him pull away from me lap after lap. This guy is good and going to be really good IMO.

You dont remember this? Also i think it ran Sebring 2018 and finished one ahead of you
And yeah the rain at VIR is where I have the most experience (3 weekends and 2 test days)

Danny, nice quarter spin and win in STL. Your mental mussel saved your STL day. Nice job by Ira and Haldeman.

Needs to be said: great job to everyone, especially at the front where it was an exciting battle to watch. Congrats to the ESR team and Todd just looked like he was on the edge all the time...what a drive. The start with Jim pushing him just looked amazing. Sorry to see Danny drop out but clearly had the rolling resistance dialed in to move the car by himself until the fire squad arrived!!

Very cool to see Todd win it. It seems like everytime he gets behind the wheel he is a threat to win. It doesn't seem to matter what he is driving, he is always up front. Congrats to all.

11 which is amazing, so happy for all of you guys. Matt reynolds in 8th, Nick Bruni in Tenth and Peter Ensor in 11th. The sixth place finish also secured me the Hoosier Super tour Championship. On a personal note, Todd was one of the first guys I met in Sm in 2003 and has been one of the best drivers in the class since before I started and one of my best friends outside of racing as well, Very proud of him as I know he has wanted this one for a long time, great to see him win it.
I think everyone in that lead pack had a realistic shot to win it. Todd’s drive from the front was great and near perfect, preston coming from like p10 after getting run wide was incredible. Michael Ross, definitely the best race I have ever seen him run, smart, fast and very calculated with very few to mistakes. Personally, was a good race.. often on the wrong side of a passing train and a few too many mistakes. But overall, not my goal, but sixth in that crowd in that race, not the worst thing either.

Congrats to Buras....truly a fun guy to be around.
ESR has figured something out..2017 new car and Pardus won, this year new car and Buras won...
Jim you better build a new car just for Road America and you can retire with 3 championships in SCCA SM.
