Can I mount an AIM MXS, connect the power leads, coil and GPS and have a working tach + lap timer / logger? Plan is to connect other features later. Anyone know of an existing mount that would put it in front of the existing dash? As always, thanks for your consideration!

Yes. It takes no more than that to have RPM, lap times, predictive lap times and track mapping.

thanks, that was my take, but the tech rep was working so hard on selling all the other features I couldn't get him to just answer the simple ones.

If you're looking at new ones, the MXP is about the same size but has more screen real-estate. It fits nicely under the gauge hood.
