Has anyone A/B/A'd these two exhausts and willing to share if one is better than the other? I have both in the garage and trying to decide which to keep on the car.

I can't answer your question but the Kooks sounds a lot better and is less headache inducing.
I originally had the Springfield Dyno and found it way too loud, ... while wearing earplugs.
I lasted about 3 events with it.
I switched to the Kooks. It's better. I still wear the earplugs.
The SD exhaust have won the Runoffs 11-12 times... The Kooks none

Can’t quite wrap my helmet around noise being a factor, at least for sprint racing. We started buying the SD systems as soon as they were introduced and never had reason to change. Unfortunately I also never had an Kooks on hand for a good A-B.
Talk to Johnny O'Connell or Ricky Rudd for a minute and you'll realize that you ought to preserve your hearing. So, if all was equal, I'd certainly use the quieter one. To be clear, there are two Kooks - the Mazda "Signature" one and the Dan Tiley one. I'm only asking about the second one.

I was afraid you were gonna say that, which means that you probably did test them. Point taken.

You are probably far younger than I but I’ll gladly compare our hearing and put a little money on it. It’s probably my best preserved attribute! Inside the car, radio earpieces in place (or simple but properly inserted plug) and helmet on, there is no problem at all.
You win, but you are using hearing protection. I'm 48 and I have a 1/3 hearing loss in my left ear since I was a kid due to (we think) repeated ear infections and family history of age-related hearing loss (which hasn't hit me yet). I also habitually play loud music and electric guitar (though not well). So, for me, I'm already at risk.
I also started racing in a SRX7, which is ear piercing loud, even with ear plugs.

Given that, the kooks versions are quieter. The Drago/Springfield exhaust makes the most power every time. On our Champcar we were down 2-3 hp and about 1 tq. In the Champcar the lack of heat and noise made it worth running for us in SM Drago/Springfield everytime.
How does the Kooks compare to the Pogues?
Pogues are higher pitched and a little whiney
Kooks and Ti-Speed are not exactly the same?
Not at all. Ti-Speed is/was an SM race shop in North Carolina. Kooks has been in the exhaust business since forever.
So, Kooks did an exhaust with Mazda Motorsports (the signature one discussed here) and another one with with Dan Tiley here. So, Dan's should have more torque and the same power, but sounds like no one has replicated those results. Here's their video with their claims, dyno graph here.
Disclaimer I am biased and make and sell the SD exhausts..
I have dynoed them ALL, if there was a better one that made more power, it would be on my car regardless of what brand it was

Exactly. Just dug mine out.
Only exception is if you are running at noise tracks (like Laguna), then you'll have to try something besides the Springfield.

we ran sd there, just added a little resonator after the pipe

Yep, I had a local prep shop fab a modular muffler that would bolt on an off the Springfield. For what I spent though, I could've bought a quieter one to begin with.

I spent $2K on the exhaust on my '95. From scratch design, several revisions, lots of dyno testing. In the end I think we did slightly better than SD which was the comparative exhaust. We did no worse. Would I do it again, no.
