Replacing the flywheel

I am replacing the flywheel on my Miata.  The shop manual indicates that a sealant should be applied to the bolts.  Is this a gasket type sealer or something like Lactate?

They are lactate intolerant, gives them gas & cramps. Go with Loctite red, 262 or 271.

Thank you! Yes, Loctite.  It must have either been autocorrect or posting while watching Bama v UGA and listening to Petit Le Mans!
