Miatacage EGR NB Delete Kit

I am seeing that MiataCage.com offers an NB EGR delete kit.  I have checked the GCR twice and can not find any reference to this emissions control system being able to be removed per the rules for SM.  Is it correct to say that SM can not remove the EGR system or am I missing something?  Thanks

You can not, but not all parts Miatacage or other vendors sell are Sm legal

I wish we could so I can stop replacing broken tubes. Granted they are only breaking because nobody installs the support bolt or the support bracket is broke.

It's not Mazda holding sm back from being able to delete stupid egr system.
