I have a 1991 Miata and have a fuel leak between the mating surfaces of the fuel rail main input and the aluminum t-fitting that replaced the stock fuel pressure regulator. Could this just be bad o-ring or could the replacement aluminum t-fitting be warped?

Solved: O-ring on the fuel pressure regulator was bad. (Crumbled like cookie when I removed it). And hose also had a crack in it. Hose clamps might have been tightened to tight. (I might have done that when replacing the o-ring). But the old hose did seem kinda brittle.
