I am having a little trouble finding the new rule (probably a few years old by now) regarding adding some metal to the pinch weld for a jacking point.  Can someone point me to in the right direction, thanks.

Never mind, I found it a few minutes later (Thanks Frank from 2015)

 

q. To facilitate frequent lifting of the vehicle without causing
damage, one piece of steel angle iron or square steel tubing
may be added under the rocker panel inboard of the factory
pinch weld flange on each side of the car. Angle iron and/or
square steel tubing dimensions shall not exceed 12†x 1†x 1â€
x .125 thick. The added support shall be securely fastened to
the car and serve no other purpose.
