Saturday I had a bad SM race, I was slow, and I ran out of gas started 8th ended up 15th or something.
Ran the 1.5hr enduro in Johnny D's car on saturday in E3 and I won that.
Sunday started off with me waking up to help Johnny with his 2hr enduro in E3 and he won it also. So we came in extremely unprepared and not knowing anything about the enduro and swept the weekend. Nothing to complain about that.
Sunday's SM race I qualified 4th and was pretty happy with that.
TOP 6
Vance
Evans
Florance
Hayes
Sause
Skeer
Had a great race with Skeer and Sause after making a big off. Cooperated with Skeer throughout the race to try and drive up front. I am pretty please with this race, plan to have more like this.

Weekend had some ups and downs for me. Didn't have a fast setup until the race on Sun. And of course I had to start from bone dead last But I met some great people and learned a great track, so I guess I just have to take the lemons and make lemonade

Nice job Charlie! Feels good to have a little more power doesn't it?? But don't get to used to driving with out turn 12...or 13 for that matter! Besides running out of gas what was the issue in Sat race? Besides the few bobbles you looked pretty consistent in your video on Sun.
How was driving the NB? You can PM me if you want to talk sh.. Hey Johnny
Good job on 2 wins for the 88!!

We realized that we suck at driver changes and not enough crew, so we just did the whole race each day. Big thanks to Dennis for doing the Fire Extinguisher.
Charlie did a 207.1 on Sat.
I did a 207.4 on Sun.
He came in after a few laps to adjust tire pressure, a few more laps the car was getting hot.
I had added some tape for cool conditions. Didn't think we had a chance.
At the 5:30 mark we were in 3rd. 6:00pm we won. Juan had his camera in the car and should have good video.
I forgot to turn it on but we had so many chances to turn it on we got it done.
Sun was crazy at the 3 min mark I was missing one glove, borrowed Charlies hoped into the car.
Had the wheel on but not locked, belts loose and at the 1 min the pit guy said go. Wheel spun until locked and away I went. Forgot to do tire pressures. We didn't put in my camera again, sorry, bad year video wise.
Pits weren't very smooth and maybe I should of adjusted tire pressure but time to go.
Kiwi was behind me at the end and I said Oh $h!t, turned out he ran E2. He still never caught me, but kept me doing low 208's and 207s. Hope I didn't wear out Charlies front tires too much. He took care of his tires much better then me.
Charlie may like my car but he hasn't driven in NASA SM trim and may have a different story.
He should like it in SCCA trim.

Hey Charlie, Johnny,
Great driving this weekend! Congrats on the the enduro wins (two!) to you both. And awesome drive for Charlie in the Sunday sprint race. This is going to be a fun season.
